With the rise in gas prices, several real estate agents are using the Mobile Video Conferencing technology to show their listing and their results have been impressive.
Prospective buyers agree to log into the conference at a predetermined time to tour listings with their agents. The real estate agents will leverage this by having several clients on the video conference at the same time. Pretty sweet idea.
